[Air-l] Books on interactive media authoring

I am looking for books on interactive-/multimedia authoring. More
specifically I am looking for books on how to write scripts for interactive
media, work with storyboards, flowcharts, planning and so forth.
 
The ideal book should cover the process from idea to finished product.
 
If you now of articles that cover this area it could work just as well.
