"KNOWLEDGE-BASED MODELS FOR POLICY-MAKING"

DESCRIPTION AND TOPICS
To boost the economic development and help businesses and territories to face the challenges of the new economic climate, there is the need to develop analytical and prescriptive models of intellectual capital and knowledge management for their application to policy-making in the public administration. This track aims to collect contributions that shed light onto these issues. Both theoretical contributions and empirical analyses are welcome. Studies that clarify the possible links between the IC and KM literature and other relevant fields of study (e.g.: growth and development studies, regional studies, innovation management, policy-making, use of ICT in public administrations) are also appreciated.
