Dear Karen,

I picked your message concerning online research methods
from this mailing list and have to say that in case you have
some pdfs or other lecture material I would also be interested in
receiving them. I also find this given internet link very useful.
I would also like to ask which workshop were you talking about?
Will there be an international conference and
is it possible to get more information about it?

My research subject is online counseling in social services,
particularly social assistance here in Finland and that´s
why these research methods are very much of my
current interest right now since I´m planning to have
some kind of a semi-structured inquiry in the internet
for the users/clients of this online counseling service.
