Hi everyone,


I would appreciate any help members of the list can provide regarding 
studies of electronic government and related topics such as citizen
participation, organizational change due to ICT use in public
organizations, digital signature etc.? If you know any symposia, working
papers, conferences, centers of study on e-government or related topics,
please add that information also.
