Michael Suman sent me a draft of the survey that i put up at
http://smg.media.mit.edu/people/danah/4aoir/DRAFT29.doc for group perusal.
I'm assuming, as the author didn't indicate otherwise, that forwarding
this is OK for academic purposes.
