  For those also interested, here's what I heard back from folks on this 
list about Internet Studies programs:

Colin Koteles put up a website that lists Internet Studies programs 
around the country. The list primarily has Information Studies programs, 
but in the Non-ALISE section you'll find some actual degrees in Internet 
Studies (e.g. Brandeis University).

Additional Programs:
University of Alabama in Huntsville has an interdisciplinary program in 
web studies. They're setting up a new website, but for now info is at
