Barry,
If you have the spiral bound 5th edition of APA, check pages 271-272. These
are the guidelines for Internet articles based on a print source. I'm afraid
it does require you to use page numbers...AND the URL, depending on specific
circumstances. 
To save you a trip to the library - I've noticed that different databases
reference differently. For example, the Expanded Academic Index only gives
the first page of an article. However, Article First usually gives you the
full page numbers. It might be easier to do online searches than shuffling
through papers at the library.
