New grant opportunity that may be of interest to air-l subscribers:

The NSF and the United Kingdom Joint Information Systems Committee 
are looking to fund joint activities in the US and UK higher ed 
institutions that will demonstrate how innovative applications of 
emerging information technology and digital resoures can transform 
teaching and learning.
