Yikes, I don't know. I got this on a different listserve just today and
thought it looked like an excellent opportunity. I hope it's not outdated!
Maybe your best bet would be to contact the EU contact directly.

But of course, international collaboration should always be encouraged, even
without a grant, so hopefully some people will contact you regarding your
research interest. 
Air-l, I would think, is a great place to find research colleagues (local,
national, international, same discipline, different discipline, no academic
connection, etc.) for projects *any of us* are planning.

Ulla - has there been a re-announcement for this? - the EU web site has a
2001
submission date?  - If there has been a relaunch and anyone is interested I

working in Continuing Education in the EU and would be happy to discuss a
