I received it fine with all diacritics in place. the list handles
standard mime language encoding and returns that. It does not as of yet
handle unicode, but it will in the next year.
you do have a choice though in the list software as to whether you want
to receive the list content encoded or not and if not you will have
problems with international languages:( it is though a user choice.
