Nancy invites comments from members of the list. I am for institution and
enforcement of guidelines to prevent further extremes as found in the
Lachlan contributions to this list. I also recommend the procedures and
software required for individual list members to kill contributions be
publicized on the list. If nothing is done, this list will rapidlly
degenerate in value for many of us.
