Full time tenure track or tenured position in Electronic
Media/Electronic Visualization. MFA or equivalent experience
required. College level teaching experience desired. The School of
Art and Design seeks a candidate to teach real-time computer graphics
programming, interactive computer experiences and the production of
computer animation. This position, beginning Fall 2002, requires
experience in programming languages such as Open GL, Performer and
Open Inventor. The candidate would have the opportunity to
participate in Internet based collaborative environments in art and
design visualization and be a team member in research and media
creation at the Electronic Visualization Laboratory (EVL). See URL

The School of Art and Design at UIC is seeking three tenure-track
faculty at the Assistant Professor. Applicants must have experience
in one or more of the following discipline: Sculpture, Digital
Cinema/Animation, and Art Education. Appointment begins Fall 2003.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications and dependent
upon Board of Trustees approval. MFA or equivalent required.
Demonstrated excellence and distinction through exhibitions, critical
reviews and catalogs, publications, research and significant awards.
College level teaching experience preferred. For fullest
