Colleagues:

I'm pleased to say, thanks especially to the quick work of Jeremy Hunsinger,
and the continued sharp eyes of the aoir ethics working committee, that we
now have on the web the version of the ethics document that we would like
for aoir folk to review and consider for adoption in Maastricht.

http://www.aoir.org/reports/ethicsfinal.pdf

clicking this link will result in the downloading of a PDF file - 365K, so
watch out. (I regret that the conversion process from Word to PDF resulted
in a change in pagination, so that the page numbers in the opening table of
contents are not accurate. We'll see what we can do...)

More on this soon. In the meantime, the ethics working committee warmly
invites aoir members to our roundtable on Wednesday, October 16, at noon,
where members of the committee will be happy to take up your questions and
comments regarding the draft.

As always, my thanks to the committee for their continued hard work. The
resulting document, I think it is fair to say, is most worthy of aoir's
attention and, I believe, its support.

With all best wishes,
