[Air-l] Need Website based online survey software

I'm doing some research, putting together a website based online survey, and 
am in need of appropriate survey design software that is "student priced" and 
not excessively technical. or challenging to set up.  And I am certainly open 
to used software if anyone upgraded.

Can anyone suggest anything or point me in the right directions?  Please feel
