I usually use Abe.com - http://www.abe.com/ - for used, O/P,
and antiquarian books, and they rarely fail me (as they are the
website for 100's of used booksellers in the English-speaking
countries). Unfortunately, a search does not produce your
title, however you might want to put it on their "wish list".
Sometimes they locate a desired item months later.......Alex
