[Air-l] key terms/concepts for understanding the web

Yes, probably this is a question we need to ask ourselves. The
temptation to makeshift theorise and sell these ideas as new insight can
be strong, and I've seen it done (not by AoIR members, of course :)
Something for the ethical guidelines maybe?

Are we examining the specificities and complexities of what happens when
its cyber-something....
or just doing makeshift terms and theorizing so we can move with our
academic merit sheets.
