[Air-l] Request for citations--past aoir conference papers that have been published

Hello,

As you may know, I'm working with the AoIR Research Annual Working Group,
which is currently putting together a compendium of research papers given at
the first three AoIR conferences (Kansas, Minneapolis, Maastricht).

In addition to the research papers we are publishing, we would also like to
include a listing of the papers that have been presented at any of these
AoIR conferences that have subsequently been published as a journal article,
book chapter, or as part of a book.

If you have presented a paper at a past AoIR conference and have had that
paper published in such a form, could you please send the citation to me OFF
LIST at consalvo at ohio.edu? We would like the list to be as complete as
possible, to demonstrate the breadth and depth of Internet research, as well
as the remarkable productivity of AoIR folks!
