Hi Daniela,
If you're seeking to understand the way online environments compel
researchers to rethink basic taken-for-granted features/practices of
interviewing, I talk about these in my book _Life Online_ (AltaMira,
1998). I address these issues more specifically in a forthcoming chapter
on the topic (in Clive Seale, et. al, Qualitative Research Practice, Sage,
2004). I have a draft copy on my website:
http://ascend.comm.uic.edu/~amarkham/writing/seale.htm
If you're searching for qualitative interview techniques generally, I
recommend a great collection edited by Gubrium and Holstein called
_Handbook of Interview Research_. This book contains a chapter by Chris
Mann and Fiona Stewart (authors of the book mentioned in a previous message
by Boris)
