not entirely recent but.....

Sullivan, C and Bornstein, K (1996) Nearly Roadkill: An Infobahn Erotic
Adventure. London and New York: High Risk Books.

Also (and this is partial plug but I'm not the only AoIRer in this) is
Flanagan, M and Booth, A. 2002. RELOAD: Rethinking Women and
Cyberculture. MIT Press - this includes not entirely recent but
certainly interesting collection of exerpts from a range of
cyberfictions.
