Sunday, Nov. 16th 2003
9 a.m -- 2 p.m.
Forum, McCormick Tribune Center
Medill School of Journalism
Evanston, IL

Held immediately following the 4th annual conference of the Online
News Association, this event will bring together academics,
technologists, authors and journalists to discuss the future of
storytelling in the digital age. It's geared to academics already
planning to come to Evanston for the ONA conference as well as
journalists and academics in the Midwest with an interest in the ways
technology is transforming the way people get information and
entertainment.

There will be three sessions scheduled, each designed to spark
an active discussion of issues relevant to storytelling and
new technology. Presentations will be brief; the goal will be
to create dialogue.

All sessions will be held in the McCormick Tribune Center, the
state-of-the-art multimedia production center for the Medill
School of Journalism, on the Northwestern University campus.

The event is free of charge and open to the public. We request that
you register for this event to assist the organizers in preparation.
