[Air-l] Digest mode?

My subscription has also been converted to 'no digest', and
I'd like to set it back to 'digest', but don't know how. When
I went to the web site Jeremy indicated for making changes to
my subscription, the only option I was given was to 'subscribe'
to the list. I tried to do this, setting 'digest' as the option,
but my effort was rejected by the listserver because I was
already subscribed.

Could someone please provide clear instructions for how to reset
the 'digest' option?
