Hi Denise

Each presentation room will have:
•	An Apple laptop, (there will be a couple of PC laptops 
available but access to these is limited)
•	PC and Apple connecting cables 
•	Data projector
•	Overhead projector
•	Amps where necessary (big rooms)
•	Video

I would bring transparencies in case of emergancies......
