Dear Colleague, 

The papers submission deadline has been extended until Monday, March 22,
at 5pm PST, with the 
following conditions:

- You must submit the title, keywords, and abstract by the previously
stated deadline 
of Friday, March 19 at 5pm PST.

- The keywords, title, and abstract *cannot change* after this  time.  
This information is used in the reviewer assignment  process, which 
will begin on Saturday, March 20.

NOTE: This extension is for papers *only*. The Notes submissions are
still due Friday, 
March 19.
