Hi Julio,

I'm sure you know the theory of "Oscar Picardo" about the informational 
pedagogy... i think it's only a "remake" of the "Democratic Schools" of 
Apple (Apple, m & Beane (1997): Las escuelas democráticas. Ed Morata.) Take 
a look at "Feito, Rafael (2002): Una educación de calidad para todos. Ed 
Siglo XXI." and also "the Emperor's new clothes: globalization and 
e-learning in Higher Education" by Sue Clegg at BJSE.
