RESEARCH FELLOW - Privacy and Self-Disclosure Online 

(£18,265 to £27,339) Ref: 1304

Applications are invited for the post of Research Fellow to undertake research on an ESRC E-Society funded project on Privacy and Self-Disclosure Online (PRISD). 

As part of a multi-institutional, international research team, you will be closely involved in the design, implementation and dissemination of a series of Internet studies that will investigate the links between psychological models of online self-disclosure, privacy and trust.

You must have a good honours degree (ideally a PhD) in a relevant social science discipline as well as training and/or experience in social research methods.  If you're a good communicator, have experience of collecting and analysing quantitative data, the ability to work collaboratively and independently as a researcher and good ICT skills (particularly online research methods) then we would be interested in hearing from you.

The appointment will be made on the research grade 1A (£18,265 to £27,339) with a starting salary no higher than £22,507. The post is available for two years.
