[Air-l] Literature on Online Storage

Hi -

I'm a grad student doing a project on the usage of online storage for storing 
information/images etc by graduate students.

Am trying to find some background data/facts on the usage patterns of online 
storage by individuals/communities (esp. academic).

I was hoping somebody on the listserv could give me references for any kind of 
academic literature (recent/otherwise) that would shed light on this area.
