I worked for BTexact research last summer and prepared a literature
review on reputation systems that review many of the computer science
papers and provides a survey of the evolutionary biology work on trust
that is relevant to answering the question of how to build cooperation
online.
BTexact was kind enough to allow me to make it publicly available. You
may find it of use although it is really focused on reputation systems
for p2p computing.
