Hi Kate,

In your last message you mention networked laptops in conference rooms, are
these available in each room? I thought I'd read most rooms only had Macs?
If this is the case will they be able to project powerpoint presentations
stored on a memory stick?

There will be information in the rooms when you arrive on how to use 
this service but 'York House' is the place. This is also the 24 hour 
security desk and the late arrivals point.  For orientation check out
