Dear Colleagues,

The OII is delighted to announce that it will be holding a major
international conference in September 2005 on issues of cybersafety. The
conference 'Safety and Security in a Networked World: Balancing Cyber-Rights
and Responsibilities' is being organised in collaboration with the
University of Auckland, NetSafe and EURIM, and will be held in Oxford from
the 8th-10th September. For further details of the conference and the
