[Air-l] New Submission Restrictions

I presented this as a guideline rather than a rule because I don't believe
we had a clear statement before. 

However, when it comes to the final program, whether panel or paper, if
you end up with simultaneous presentations you are solely responsible for,
you are responsible for covering these and cannot depend on, nor expect
that the schedule will be reworked to accommodate this. Hence the
recommendation -- a strong one -- that you have a co-author on one or
other piece. 


Please bear that in mind as you make submissions.
