I'd encourage those of you looking for graduate programs (or faculty with strong BA and MA students) to consider the joint Communication and Culture MA and PhD programs at Ryerson and York Universities, in Toronto. One of the program's three streams is "technology in practice" -- it boasts a very strong faculty and excellent grad student support. Deadlines are quickly approaching.
