The School of Image Arts is a dynamic centre for creative learning, offering three distinct degree options—film, photography and new media. The position requires a strong exhibition record and professional involvement in interactive art, an extensive knowledge of hardware and software used within the areas of digital graphics and multimedia authoring with an expert knowledge of programming for interactive and sensor-based digital art production (max/VNS and/or PD and JAVA and/or C++). The successful candidate will be expected to teach a broad range of classes, including foundation and advanced high tech computer-related digital subject matter and interactive media production.
A relevant graduate degree is required; an MFA or Ph.D. is preferred.
