A poor person's way would be to use Lynx from the command line (Windows, 
Mac, Linux) and use the "-dump" option. It will provide an enumerated list 
of all the links at the end of the text dump of a web page.
 For example: lynx -dump http://www.wired.com/ yields 130 links.
