In addition to some great recommendations already
made, I would encourage you to check out
http://radio.echoditto.com EchoDitto is a political
internet strategy company that grew out of the 2004
Dean Presidential campaign. Included in their site
are podcasts of interviews with people like Bruce
Sterling, Dan Gillmor, and Malcolm Gladwell. (Check
out the SXSW section)
