Dear Ned Rossiter:

As you presumed I am only the messenger. I was also a
bit perplexed about their claim of being 1st
conference on ICT4D. Now that we are on the subject i
was wondering which might be the 1st "original"
full-fledged conference on ICT and Development issues.
