[Air-l] Blogging basics?

well, using blogs for class assignments is not new for many of us, that's
true. But if you'd never heard of doing this, it would seem progressive,
eh?
Most of my students here in the Virgin Islands don't even know what blogging
is. Most forms of CMC are completely new to them. Last week, I held class
in the virtual classroom of Blackboard, the most vanilla of chatrooms, and
they thought it was amazing, progressive, and very strange.
So Chris, if you're interested, you should take up the subject here, 'cause
many of the people on this list have been using blogs for years...like
Radhika :)
