Hi there -
I have an article in NORA (Nordic Journal of Women's Studies) from 2001(no 
2 Volume 9) addressing gender and power structures on mailing lists that 
might be of help:
'Constructions and negotiations on interaction norms an gender on 
electronic discussion lists in Norway'
If she can read Norwegian I have some others too, but I don't count on that 
;) But if she has any other questions, she's welcome to write me!
