Hi Lella

This is actually getting to be a pretty rich field. A good place to start to
aquaint yourself with the leading research and researchers in the field is
the group blog site, Terra Nova:
http://terranova.blogs.com

I work with about a dozen people here in Montreal who focus on game studies,
through the Montreal GameCODE project, spearheaded by Dr. Bart Simon. You
can find out who's who through the website at (www.gamecode.ca -- though
note the site is a bit out of date right now, I'm working on fixing that).

Also, as previously suggested, DiGRA is a great place to go, especially in
light of the most recent DiGRA conference from Vancouver.
