[Air-l] Web presence of large research councils

We are now including national research council in our web ranking going 
into detail to individual centers. At the moment we analyzed German Max 
Planck and Italian CNR, although we intend to the same with French CNRS 
and Spanish CSIC. You can check our preliminary results here:

We would like to know about other studies regarding these institutions 
targeting the commitment of research councils to web publication, impact 
of open access and self repositories initiatives,
