Well for internet research methods as coursework, a
place to begin is surely the Internet Studies Program
at Curtin University

The Curtin program has a unit called Cyberanalytics
which I believe is what you want. The capable director
there is Matt Allen (the AoIR prez) so perhaps I
should declare a conflict of interest!

For short term workshop, this offering in Croatia
might work out for you:

although they are concentrating on survey data, the
organizers are part of the well respected German team
of scholars such as Ulf-Deitrich Reips and Michael
Bosnjak (Department of Psychology II, University of
