I'm part of a project that has just done an online pub called the World
Internet Access Report 2006.  The goal is to get us beyond the World Bank /
Davos 'Internet penetration' indicators of IT and development.

There's a short piece comparing cost of 1 hour cybercafé access in world's
24 largest cities....and all the raw data is there.
