Couldn't agree more on the Howard Becker. Helped me
with wirting up my thesis.

Matthew Allen's (our prez) Smart Thinking is worth its
weight in gold. To claify thoughts and organize
oneself logically BEFORE writing - might solve some
serious writing tangles. Good thinking - and how to
express that runs all the way through the book. 

Not to be missed!
