[Air-l] survey questionnaire

I looked into several of the entry forms.
Several questions:
- Can you branch questions ?
- Can you layout the pages so that you have a limited number of 
questions on a page, and respondents don't get shocked when they see the 
number of question still to answer ?
- Can you use another language than English ?
- Where are the answers stored - on your server, on mine ?
