  You're absolutely correct and I apologize if I was unclear in my
meaning; I may have selected the wrong choice of words.  I maintain
that latching onto TCP/IP instead of their underlying principles,
principles that emerged through those choices and controversies, is at
best a shortsighted way to define the Internet.
