Hello,
there is an other study with regards to Indian Internet usage
http://www.iamai.in/research_index.php3 that might be interesting.
A very profound study of the Indian Internet and Mobile association.
With regards to European countries - the Eurobarometer once captured
internet usage, but I do not know if that is still the case.
