[Air-L] Full specs for AOIR-ICS issue

To clarify before we get swamped with questions -- this was meant only for 
those who had been invited to submit. This is not an open call for papers. This 
relates to the special issue of ICS arranged by the AoIR publication committee. A 
set of papers were selected from submissions to the conference by the 
conference chair, and Barry and I as editors selected from that a smaller set for 
invitation to the special issue. Those authors have a Sept. 1st deadline for their 
paper to us.
