[Air-L] MA class on orgs and tech - need reading recommendations

A late addition...Trebor Schulz is doing interesting work around web 2.0 and
the legions of users that build these sites:

His work is a nice foil to Wikinomics -- he asks questions about who pays
for what in this seemingly "free" world.
