I'm not sure what the publisher's attitude would be to advance copies -- but 
(offlist) I can connect you with the authors whose work and chapters you might 
be interested in. 

The book will be out in August, which is not too long anyway. While not cheap, 
it should not be outrageously expensive for a Handbook. (Get your library to 
order it now!) There's info about it now only on the Sage UK site where it is 
listing for GBP 85 (about $150 US maybe).
