Dear Colleagues
Call for Papers
AJETS is a multi-disciplinary journal, focusing on the complex
relationship between science and technology and their wider
sociocultural contexts. AJETS is designed as a forum for informed
discussion and debate about the role of technology in society, drawing
on a variety of viewpoints from all branches of the social and
behavioural sciences and humanities.
AJETS attracts submissions from diverse perspectives. Previous
articles have examined the social implications of various emerging
technologies, from biotechnology and cybernetics, genetic parentage
testing and genetically modified crops, mobile Internet and wireless
interfaces, online civic engagement and risk, trust and attitudes
towards new technologies, gaming and love online.
See http://www.swinburne.edu.au/sbs/ajets/ for past issues.
Submitted manuscripts are subjected to a double-blind referee process
and must not have been published or currently under consideration for
publication elsewhere. Guidelines for authors are available at:
http://www.swinburne.edu.au/sbs/ajets/authors.htm
