Keynote Speaker: Professor Gunter Kress, Institute of Education,
University of London.

ICE3 will be held over three days at Ross Priory, on the shores of Loch
Lomond in Scotland, and will give researchers, developers and
practitioners an opportunity to discuss the culture, theory and politics
of learning and teaching in digital spaces.
